MEET VICTORIA
I've spent more than 25 years helping organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and build healthier, more effective workplaces. My career has taken me from programs to executive leadership, organizational development, operations, and consulting, but my purpose has remained the same: helping people and organizations do their best work.
Beginning my career in programs gave me a deep appreciation for how organizations fulfill their mission from the inside out. Today, I partner with leaders to align people, processes, and strategy, creating stronger organizations and healthier teams. Whether serving as a fractional executive or leading a specific initiative, I focus on practical solutions that create clarity, build stronger teams, and support lasting success.
I earned both my Master of Social Work in Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan. I’m SHRM-SCP certified and have served as Chief People and Organizational Development Officer and Vice President of HR and Culture, with additional leadership experience across programs, operations, and organizational development.
