HER STORY
Victoria Collins-Hughes, founder and principal consultant at VC Hughes Consulting, provides strategic direction and daily oversight for the consulting team. She has a 25+ year track record of success and is respected as a thought leader, with solid experience creating and implementing business strategies and improving efficiencies. An experienced team leader and project manager, she has demonstrated a commitment to create equitable and inclusive work environments that balance accountability with compassion, in order to maximize business results..
She brings extensive experience in executive HR and organizational development, including serving as Chief People and Organizational Development Officer and Vice President of HR and Culture, supporting leaders and employees across 26 states in remote, hybrid, and on-site environments. She has also held roles as a project director and educational and training manager, providing leadership in operations, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, training, coaching, and client relations. Her work spans broad collaboration with employers, educational institutions, training providers, vendors, boards, and community partners.
Victoria received both her M.S.W. in administration and B.A. in sociology from the University of Michigan and is a certified Human Resources, Organizational Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professional.
